Due to hazardous road conditions from continued weather. Pyramid Lake Jr./Sr. High School will be closed today Wednesday, February 18th. This decision has been made to ensure the safety of our students and staff.

Unfortunately, the girls volleyball tournament scheduled for tomorrow has been canceled due to potential hazardous road conditions. The safety of our students, staff, and families is our top priority. We will share any updates regarding a possible reschedule as soon as we receive more information. Thank you for your understanding and continued support of our athletes. ----------- 🏐 GAME DAY – SAGEBRUSH TOURNAMENT! 🏐 Tomorrow, February 18, our middle school volleyball girls will be traveling to Lovelock for the end-of-the-year Sagebrush Volleyball Tournament! Game Schedule: 🔹 7th Grade – 10:00 AM vs. Coral Academy 🔹 8th Grade – 11:00 AM vs. Pershing County Championship games will depend on the outcome of the morning matchups: 🏆 7th Grade Championship – 2:00 PM 🏆 8th Grade Championship – 3:00 PM Come out and support our girls as they compete to finish the season strong! 🎉 Congratulations to the Lady Lakers! 🎉 What an incredible performance today! The Lady Lakers captured their 4th straight league championship with a dominant 46–19 win over Smith Valley. Way to go, team! 👏🏀 With this victory, they head into the NIAA 1A State Tournament as the #1 seed from the West—a huge accomplishment and well deserved. Best of luck at State—keep that momentum going! 💪✨

Thank You, Lakers! What an incredible season it has been! While we came up short and our season has come to an end, we are so proud of the heart, dedication, and fight this team showed all year long. Pyramid Lake Jr./Sr. High School will be closed on Monday, February 16th in observance of Presidents’ Day.

We will resume regular school hours on Tuesday, February 17th.
